Legal Obligations
Australia has had Mandatory Helmet Laws since 1991. The law dictates the minimum standard (AS/NZ2063) and in recent time has been extended to include other national standards including CE among others.
Most retailers in Australia will carry helmets with an Australian Standards sticker clearing showing AS/NZ2063.
